500 gr. Minced meat, two onions, lots of garlic, three large brown champignons, 250 gramms cherry tomatoes, one blocknof feta cheeese. Olive oil oreganum chilli saltnpepper paprika, green italian spices (fresh or frozen) . Serve with Noodles (250 gr), rice or buckwheat from Russian store (two plastic bags).
Heat up oil, add half of the spices, add onions and garlic , fry meat, fry cut mushrooms, add tomatoes and close lid. Add second halfnof spices. Simmer for ten minutes, add block-cut feta. Simmer for ten more minutes or more. Add noodles, stir, simmer, done.
